Ask A Question

What success rates will I have ?
Posted on 15. Aug, 2010

Success rates are dependant on a lot of factors, some of which being:-

The personality of the accountant, size of the practice, qualifications, industry specialisms, guides given by accountants, persistence, keeping in constant contact with potential clients, completing 64-8 forms, providing bookkeeping and setting up limited companies etc.

Surprisingly sales leads that we talk to are not always interested in price, many preferring an accountant they can talk to and trust.

Accountants who sign up to any of our packages will normally receive a free training guide on converting sales for accountants. We are hoping to provide this as an online training video in the near future. We are also producing handouts for accountants to provide to businesses in order to increase success rates.

How many leads are available monthly?
Posted on 14. Aug, 2010

Our target is for between 10 and 50 sales leads per month. We could enter on our lists many times this amount however we prefer to screen leads for quality rather than quantity.

The volume of sales leads can vary due to seasonal fluctuations and holidays etc. If we can not reach our targets, sales leads can be held over to future months.

Why are your sales leads so cheap?
Posted on 04. Dec, 2009

Our aim is to keep accountants as clients for the long term by keeping our prices low and proving that our system works.

Many accountants start off on package 3 and then progress to packages 1 and 2 when they are confident the system works. Our package 3 prices start at £100 per month for 10 sales leads per month (i.e. £10 per month).

How can I improve my success rates?

Do you recommend any accountants?
Posted on 04. Dec, 2009

NO, our purpose is purely to provide a market place between accountants and businesses looking for quotes. We do not recommend any accountants. Any work you perform for a client is between you and the client.

How many accountants get the leads?
Posted on 16. Aug, 2010

Our aim is for businesses looking for quotes to receive three quotes from accountants. Unfortunately at the moment we do not have enough accountants to quote for these sales leads. Hence why we have introduced package 3.

Many accountants will try and quote for the larger clients, hence there is likely to be less accountants quoting for the smaller businesses which may improve success rates.

Do I have to be a qualified accountant to use the system?
Posted on 16. Aug, 2010

No, as long as you are an accountant who tries hard for their clients and acts professionaly we are happy to hear from you.
.

How do I know that I will get any sales?
Posted on 01. Aug, 2010

Our aim is for accountants to get at least £5 of sales for every £1 they spend with accounting quotes.

Success rates depend on the accountant, however if you imagine that for the monthly package of £100 per month you would get 10 sales leads if only 20% were converted at an average fee of say £400, this should equate to £800 of sales per month or £9,600 per annum.

How quickly will I receive my sales leads?
Posted on 09. Dec, 2009

We are in the process of automating our website which should mean very fast access to our sales leads. When subscribing for one of our packages we will endeavour to allow you to quote for our sales leads within 24 working hours.

How many appointments can you get per month?
Posted on 15. Aug, 2010

We normally hope to arrange between 5 and 10 appointments per week depending on requirements and availability. There will be times of the year when this can not be maintained due to seasonal fluctuations and holidays etc.

We also prefer to provide quality appointments rather than lots of time wasting appointments which benefits neither accountants or accountingquotes.com

The volume of sales leads can vary due to seasonal fluctuations and holidays etc. If we can not reach our targets, sales leads can be held over to future months.

Why is package 3 for 12 months?
Posted on 02. Feb, 2010

Package 3 is for 12 months as we are only charging £10 per lead for some packages. Hence we need a long term contract to break even.

Can I carry over sales leads for package 3?
Posted on 15. Aug, 2010

Sales leads for package 3 must normally always be used in the calendar month i.e. March.

At our sole discretion we may allow accountants to carry sales leads over to future months if the number of sales leads are low in a particular month etc.
.

Where Are Sales Leads Based?
Posted on 04. Aug, 2010

We focus much of our marketing / advertising on the South East Of England. However, It is very difficult to get 10 quality leads per month in a particular part of the South East and this can not be guaranteed. Package 3 clients are only charged £10 per lead to reflect this.

Package 2 clients are allowed to choose sales leads over a longer period of time. Hence sales leads are normally easily chosen from within their target location.
